We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive our recruitment efforts to new heights.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for Ozeol. This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment plans.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels.
Lead employer branding initiatives and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Qualifications
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Proven success in recruiting within a fast-paced environment (retail experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
