About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product, and Operations functions.
You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
