About LAP (Life Among People) We're on a mission to make the specialty coffee experience more affordable, digital, and convenient. In a world where services continue to move online, LAP is bringing back the human touch, paired with the personalization and convenience that modern consumers expect from digital businesses.

We are a small but mighty team serving coffee out of our stores in six German cities, and we are expanding quickly. We are currently looking for a Team Lead in Cologne to work directly with our Leadership Team.

When needed, you will jump behind the counter, support the team during rushes, and drive strong sales and an incredible customer experience, all while boosting business growth and profitability.
