What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day success of one LAP store. You lead the team, organize shifts, ensure great customer service, and keep the store operations running smoothly.

We are a small but mighty team serving coffee from our stores in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg and soon in Frankfurt and Cologne as we rapidly expand across Germany. We're looking for a Team Lead in Munich to work directly with our leadership team and support our operations in the city.

What you will do:
