- Operate within a Platform Enablement team in the retail sector looking after capabilities that are shared across products and channels.
- Contribute to and influence technical decisions, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing.

- Engineering quality & operational excellence – strong understanding of automated testing, code quality and security best practices, with experience troubleshooting distributed systems and using observability to improve performance and reliability.

- Agile delivery & continuous improvement – comfortable taking ownership from design through to production within Agile product teams, with a strong focus on customer value and continuous improvement.

Mindera are currently looking for an experienced Tech Lead to operate within a Platform Enablement team in the retail sector. This will be a small team that looks after capabilities that are shared across products and channels. For this role, previous experience with CRMs is essential, ideally Clavio but not limited to.
