About the Role:

As the Technical Business Analyst – UAT, you will play a key role within a major transformation programme in the UK energy sector, connecting business needs with technology delivery and ensuring change delivers the right outcomes.

Working across business, technology and delivery teams, you will lead requirements and analysis activities, bring clarity to complex business needs and translate these into well-defined technology requirements. You will also take a leading role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions are thoroughly validated, aligned to business expectations and ready for successful adoption.

With significant stakeholder interaction, you will build trusted relationships across the programme, facilitate key discussions and provide the insight and challenge needed to support effective decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
