Technical Delivery Manager - Oracle Fusion HCM Project Manager

- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
- Manage project execution across all phases including Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

- Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and post-production support.
- Monitor project quality metrics and ensure smooth transition to support teams.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, combined with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.

Required Skills & Experience
