What you will do:

As a Technical Lead on the Defense team, you'll lead a small team of engineers while staying hands-on, guiding implementation from design through delivery. Your work will span building innovative products from scratch (0 to 1) and evolving existing systems as they scale (1 to n). You'll operate in a fast-paced environment where you'll help set the standard for technical excellence, working alongside a cross-functional team of platform engineers, domain experts, deployment strategists, and end users.
