About your role:

As a Technical Professional Services - Advisor II, you will support lending implementations for DNA core processing and related professional services engagements. You will work with clients, internal implementation teams, and product stakeholders to configure solutions, guide readiness activities, and support successful conversions. This role helps clients adopt DNA workflows, maintain data integrity, and prepare to manage their environment independently.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel: This role require frequent travel (25%+). Approximately 60% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
