·         Manage all aspects of technical projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all contractual requirements.

·         Lead and manage the project team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

·         Interpret contract details and extract essential information to effectively manage the project and meet objectives.

·         Identify contractual system requirements and manage system designs, reviews, and deliverables.

·         Coordinate day-to-day activities, risk management, and resource supervision to ensure project success.

·         Provide regular project reports and updates to customers, internal departments, and management.

·         Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing according to the project schedule.

Requirements

·         Manage daily operations of technology infrastructure, including identifying and resolving complex issues.

·         Proactively assess implemented solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.

·         Update network documentation and oversee operational acceptance of projects.

·         Design, plan, and implement various infrastructure solutions for Asia.

·         Maintain stable technology environments, controls, and efficiency as the technology footprint expands.

·         Monitor system health, resolve problems proactively, and train junior staff members.

·         Adhere to strict change and incident management procedures.

Technical Skills

·         Proficiency in Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, and virtualization environments (VMware, HyperV, etc.).

·         Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns, including containerization (Kubernetes), is advantageous.

·         Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset for problem-solving.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Working knowledge of VPNs, routers, and switches is beneficial.

·         Experience in hardening OS, system, and network equipment.

·         Familiarity with IT infra services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Database, and Web or App Server.
