What you'll do
- Complete production tasks on time and ensure product quality
- Ensure timely maintenance of equipment in the area, and ensure that chemicals and measuring equipment are within their validity period
- Fill in DHR and various production records in a timely and truthful manner in accordance with the requirements of the regulations
- Responsible for the 5S of the station
- Obey the skills training program
- Employees have problems (lack of materials, abnormal equipment, abnormal production process) and need to inform the line length. There is no need to contact the relevant person alone.
- Operate in accordance with DMR requirements
- Do a good job of marking and isolating the defective products at the station
- Employees are positive, do not discuss salary, do not spread rumors, do not spread rumors.
- Non-emergency personal or annual leave must be notified to supervisor 1 day in advance (except for emergencies, but evidence is required)
- There can be no late arrival, early departure and absenteeism
- Failure to follow the process resulted in one verbal warning and two written warnings from NC and the customer
