What You Will Do:

• Manage, maintain, and enrich infrastructure databases (sales, leasing, and technical site data) including Geospatial Data, ensuring high fidelity to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
• Update site related information including coordinates, audit data, leasing status, and operational attributes.
• Ensure site data accuracy with engineering validated coordinates and site records.
• Perform daily database backups to ensure data security and availability.
• Drive data governance, standardization, and automation initiatives within the department to improve efficiency in data processing and analysis.
• Leverage advanced GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and geospatial big data.
• Pre-Check and Validation Geographic information, tower data and Hit Analysis B2S candidate, Collo Candidate, Partnership & Special Project, and Renewal Ground Lease.
• Administer sales and technology databases, ensuring system stability and availability.
• Troubleshoot basic database or system issues and coordinate resolution with IT teams.
• Support database enhancements, reporting tools, or new system deployment where required.
• Assist in system improvement initiatives related to sales and leasing analytics.
• Manage and maintain operator, customer, and vendor contact databases.
• Coordinate and execute mass email communications (e.g., site lists, leasing updates).
• Manage quarterly mass email distribution to customer databases.
• Learn and adapt to new software, tools, and systems related to GIS, sales, and database management.
• Continuously improve technical and analytical skills relevant to the role.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum 3-6 years experiences in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major. Preferable IT or Information Systems background is an advantage (SQL, basic programming).
• Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Proficiency in Excel and database tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
