- Be yourself and bring your personality to work whilst creating an entertaining dining experience while doing what you love
- Play your own music and set the atmosphere at your teppan station
- Preparing and cooking high-quality Teppanyaki dishes
- Engaging with guests and creating a memorable dining experience
- Showcasing your knife skills, flair, and creativity in front of an audience
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture
- Previous experience as a Teppanyaki Chef or strong experience working on a teppan grill
- Passion for hospitality, food, and entertainment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working in front of guests
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

The successful candidate must have unrestricted working rights in Australia for a minimum of two years and be available to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
