What you'll do

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity development, customer engagement, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare institutions to expand the customer base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Neurosurgeons, Spine Surgeons, ENT Doctors, Plastic Surgeons, Head & Neck Surgeons, Pain Physicians, Biomedical teams, Purchase teams, and local channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals, OT staff, and Biomedical teams; understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Address customer queries and concerns, coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Plan and execute regular field visits and sales calls across HQ, extended, and outstation markets to ensure effective territory coverage; represent the company at relevant trade shows and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and business opportunities to develop strategies that strengthen market position and maintain or grow market share.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior management while ensuring compliance with company policies, sales processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
