Can you confidently manage payroll processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support in a fast-paced environment? Do you thrive when juggling multiple priorities and building positive employee relationships?

 

Here at GXO, we’re seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team. You will help to deliver a first-class payroll and HR service across our sites in Thatcham, Southampton, and Fareham, although your primary base will be Thatcham, travel across our other sites will be required. You will play a key role in supporting the people agenda, coordinating payroll activities, maintaining employee records, and providing professional HR administration support across the business.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
