About The Team

We are looking for a new colleague as Process Engineer - Gears for our Wind Power Business at our location of Tianjin China. 

What you can look forward to as Process Engineer - Gear:

• Process Owner for Gears manufacturing Processes in ZFWPT.
• New product introduction, process validation including Process documents preparation.
• Ensure ZF quality requirements at Gears manufacturing processes.
• Support in Safety, Productivity, Cost and Quality improvement projects.
• Maintain periodic report on key technical parameters.

Your Profile as Process Engineer - Gear:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from University, with majors in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar. Language skills: Mandarin Chinese: Skilled, English: CET-4 or above.
• Expert knowledge of Gears manufacturing processes – Soft & Gard Turning, Horizontal/vertical machining, Grinding.
• Expert in CNC Programs for SINUMERIC and FANUC controls.Expert knowledge of cutting tools selection.
• Expert knowledge of Limits and fits. Should be able to analyze 2D/3D drawings/models. Expert knowledge of Statistical Process Control. Has Knowledge of clamping and material handling equipment.
• Software Knowledge - Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill, MS Office
• Knowledge of Quality tools for problem solving. e.g. 8D, 6-Sigma. Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing. Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001-2015, VDA6.3)
• Has working experience on ERP (SAP, MES)
