TIG Welder - 8 required

Aureol Global Connections is in search of 8 skilled TIG Welders to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminum. Your precision and expertise will be essential in producing robust and aesthetically pleasing welds that meet industry standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand welding requirements and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections on welds to ensure they meet visual and technical standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiencies in production.
• Maintain welding equipment in proper working condition through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all welding operations.
• Document work completed, including welding processes and any issues encountered during production.
• Participate in training programs to enhance welding skills and stay updated on new techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in TIG welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a TIG Welder with a strong understanding of welding processes and techniques.
• Ability to work with various metals, particularly stainless steel and aluminum.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity, with a strong focus on safety practices.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work on different projects and locations as required.
