About this role

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic workforce. As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for creating high-quality welds using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques on diverse metal materials. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure the safety, durability, and aesthetics of welded components. Responsibilities

  • Operate TIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately.
  • Inspect completed welds to verify quality and adherence to standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to solve welding challenges and optimize production processes.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; TIG welding certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in TIG welding, with a solid understanding of welding techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding operations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
