Position Summary

Facilitates the successful execution of transportation services by sourcing carrier capacity, negotiating rates, and coordinating freight movements. Serves as a key liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.

Hybrid:

in-office Friday & Monday

Remote: Saturday and Sundays

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Negotiates transportation rates and pricing agreements with carriers to secure cost-effective capacity solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience using transportation management systems (TMS).

Work Conditions and Physical Demands
