- Deliver practical and innovative tool design solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Re-engineer existing solutions updating models, configuration and associated documentation.

- Knowledge of BS8888 Technical product documentation and specification, ISO 1101 Geometrical product specifications, ISO 5459 Datum and datum systems and similar standards and GD & T
- Great communication skills with the drive and initiative to influence a network of stakeholders

- Experience in 3D annotations (preferably CREO)

World Class Defence Organisation based in is currently looking to recruit 2x Tooling Design Engineer subcontractors.
Rate: £50.00 per hour
Overtime Rate: Hours worked over the standard 37 hours per week, will be paid at ‘time and a quarter’
Location: Bolton
Hybrid / Remote working: 2 days per week onsite – the rest working from home. A 4 day week (Monday to Thursday) is OK.
Duration: 6 Months with very likely extension. Contracts are often ongoing and long-term thereafter.
IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
Interview process: One stage video interview
