What you'll do
- Step in front of the camera as one of the faces and voices of the brand, hosting and presenting short-form video that hooks our audience in the first few seconds.
- Produce a steady volume of original short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, with the occasional longer piece where a topic earns it.
- Develop concepts, hooks, and scripts that bring the brand's voice to life and hold up at short-form pace.
- Film, edit, and produce polished vertical video optimized for each platform's specs and audience.
- Cover the moto world with credibility — new model launches, first rides, gear, maintenance, builds, and riding culture.
- Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines, and stays consistent with what the rest of the creator team is putting out.
- Collaborate with the social and editorial teams to turn content ideas and trends into compelling video.
- Stay current on video trends, formats, and platform features to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Iterate on content based on performance feedback and creative direction from the team.

- Strong skills in filming and editing engaging video content from concept to final cut.
- Proficiency with video editing tools.

- Genuine familiarity with motorcycles — riding experience, knowledge of current models and segments, and an understanding of what riders care about.

Role Overview
We're looking for Content Creators to be the faces of TopSpeed's moto coverage. The personalities who show up on camera, get out on the bikes, and turn riding culture into scroll-stopping video content from first concept to final cut.
