- 面對客戶及管理軟體相關供應商。
- 專業妥善的客戶溝通。
- 澄清產品及軟體規格並評估潛在風險。
- 規劃軟體開發、測試及認證相關活動及跨部門協調。
- 檢討及管理軟體問題，尋找及指導可行性方案。
- 管理及協調生產相關活動及問題分析解決。
- 內部及外部團隊合作協商及風險管理。
- 審核軟體設計及測試相關流程及文件。
- 依客戶需求出差與客戶面對面澄清並主導功能開發
