- Perform daily clearing activities for exchange-traded futures and options in line with exchange and local regulatory requirements
- Reconcile positions, cash, and related records between exchanges, internal books and records, and downstream partners
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve trade and position breaks by the next business day, following documented procedures
- Maintain accurate static and transactional data needed to support clearing and settlement processing
- Review production outputs and key controls to identify exceptions, trends, and potential root causes
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and reduce recurring breaks through sustainable fixes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of efficiency and automation initiatives where appropriate
- Maintain clear documentation for procedures, control checks, and escalations to support consistent execution

As a Clearing Operations Analyst in Listed Derivatives Operations, you will support the end-to-end clearing and post-trade lifecycle for exchange-traded futures and options. You will help ensure timely reconciliations, investigate trade and position breaks, and maintain strong operational controls while meeting exchange and local regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to process improvements that strengthen accuracy, resilience, and client experience.
