Summary:
We are seeking a Trainee Production to join our dynamic team in the Production department. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. This position offers a great opportunity for career development and hands-on experience in the production industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production department
- Learn and understand the production process from start to finish
- Work closely with senior production staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Help in coordinating production schedules and deadlines
- Monitor and report on production progress
- Assist in quality control and inspection of finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
