  • Promote the Bosch Service Training portfolio to increase course uptake, customer retention, and revenue.

Job Description

The Automotive Aftermarket technical training department for Robert Bosch Ltd is located at the class-leading Bosch Training facility in Denham. The role is ideal for any individual with experience in training coordination with customer focus.

The IMI accredited Bosch Service Training Centre is primarily responsible for delivering training programmes designed to provide independent vehicle workshops with the core skills required to be successful in today’s complex and dynamic automotive market. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a successful team for a global company.

     Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Additional Information

  • Apprentice will be studying towards Business Administration apprenticeship level 3.
  • Full time in the office.
  • £25,000 per annum plus bonus scheme

To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must:

  • Be a UK citizen or have proof of your right to work in the UK.
  • Have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years or more.
  • If you are not a UK or EEA citizen, you must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years.

To apply for the programme, participants cannot:

  • Be enrolled in full-time education
  • Be currently participating in another apprenticeship programme
  • Be currently pursuing another qualification that is government-funded

Participants will need to provide evidence of level 2 qualification in Maths & English at GCSE grade C or equivalent* or work towards obtaining these throughout the programme. If candidates don't have these qualification certificates, they will be supported in:

  • Locating their certificates through a 3rd party company

and/or

  • Achieving Level 2 through additional coaching

If participants are in the UK on the EU settlement scheme, their ‘visa’ needs to cover the whole period of the apprenticeship. They also require an employment contract that covers the whole period of the apprenticeship.
