What you'll do
- Own transportation within NALA establishing workflows, procedures, and metrics
- Manage a team of transportation specialists, coordinating day-to-day operations to deliver shipments efficiently, on time, and at the highest quality of service
- Communicate effectively with carriers (LSPs), internal customers, and cross-functional stakeholder teams across the supply chain
- Analyze data (Excel, SQL), publish performance metrics, and deliver business reviews to senior leadership to improve transit times and service levels
- Define and drive accountability for transportation KPIs, acting on trends and available data
- Shape last mile supply chain strategy, resolve complex escalations, and eliminate root causes of defects
- Create scalable mechanisms and SOPs; drive automation and process simplification with partner teams
- Lead projects, support senior leadership initiatives, and program-manage regional/global operational priorities
- Understand partner technical requirements and coordinate with internal and external teams to drive fulfillment services
- Write documents cross-functionally and present at senior leader document reviews
- Mentor and coach team members; serve as the team's escalation point
- Own the COE review process, engage in AWST hiring (MGHD) and org planning, and level-set expectations with business partners

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
