Job Description

Role: Transportation Recruiter

Job Summary: D&W is seeking a dedicated Transportation Recruiter to lead high-volume driver recruitment across our operating regions. This is a specialized, hands-on recruitment role responsible for attracting and hiring more than 100 qualified drivers over the next 12 months while building a sustainable pipeline for future workforce needs. The successful candidate will understand the transportation labour market and the realities of recruiting professional drivers. They will combine proactive sourcing with a strong presence in the communities where we operate, regularly attending job fairs, industry events, trade shows, hiring events, and other in-person recruitment activities.

This position may be based in either the Greater Toronto Area or Calgary and requires the flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across all D&W operating regions.

  • Support additional recruitment initiatives as business needs evolve.
