Job Summary:
Performs skilled installation of Acoustical Ceiling Tile (ACT) and suspension grid systems according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Applies technical expertise to install, fit, and align ceiling components with precision and efficiency. Works collaboratively with crew leads and foremen to maintain productivity and ensure adherence to safety requirements. Contributes to a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment through consistent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Installs ACT and suspension systems according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Uses tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Assists in layout, measurement, and alignment of ceiling grid systems for accuracy.
Identifies and communicates site issues or material needs to crew leads or foremen for timely resolution.
Maintains work areas in clean, organized, and safe condition throughout project execution.
Follows safety policies, procedures, and best practices on all assigned tasks.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in ACT-Ceiling or 2–4 years of experience in ceiling installation, construction, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
