An established, leading healthcare system is actively seeking up to four Urologists to build a premier, employed Urology group from day one. With an established patient base and strong referral network ready immediately, both newly practicing physicians and experienced practitioners are welcome. Whether you are looking to launch your career, relocate, or collaborate with residency classmates and valued partners, this position offers the rare opportunity to grow a flagship office while enjoying an unmatched coastal lifestyle.
Position Highlights & Opportunity
- $625K–$675K Base Salary + RVUs
- $40K Welcome Bonus
- Established healthcare system with an immediate, robust patient base from day one
- Hiring up to 4 Urologists (welcoming new graduates & experienced physicians)
