Role summary:
The Senior Director, Product Management leads the strategic vision and execution for multiple complex product families within the Offsite Ads Portfolio, aligning product roadmaps with long-term business objectives and market trends. This role drives innovation by leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to enhance competitive positioning. Collaborating across cross-functional teams and most importantly with external partner teams, the position influences senior leadership on portfolio investments and operational priorities while fostering organizational capability development. The role ensures governance, compliance, and ethical standards are upheld, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence to deliver impactful product outcomes aligned with Walmart’s enterprise goals.
About the team:
The team leads strategy and execution for Offsite Ads, Partnerships, and CTV products, delivering impactful results through data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration. Combining deep customer insights with emerging technology expertise, the team defines product vision and roadmaps. Members work cross-functionally to create innovative solutions that enhance business value and customer experience. Emphasizing rigorous discovery, prioritization, and performance measurement, the team mentors peers to advance product management practices.   • Extensive experience leading product strategy and managing multiple complex product families with a focus on long-term vision and financial planning.
  • Deep experience in Advertising ecosystem across Social, CTV, Programmatic and emerging channels
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, collaborating effectively with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
