We're looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a consultancy delivering a major digital programme for a UK government department. You'll work within a multidisciplinary Agile team, carrying out research throughout the product lifecycle to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points, and turning these findings into actionable insights that shape digital products and services.
