Your new role
We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a multidisciplinary User Centred Design team, working on the development and improvement of important public facing digital services.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of user research across both new and existing services, turning customer feedback and research into actionable insight that directly influences service design and delivery.
You’ll work alongside user researchers, service and interaction designers, digital specialists, operational teams and subject matter experts, ensuring the voice of the user is at the heart of decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
