Vendor Operations Associate

O que você vai fazer:

• Realização de Cadastros.
• Preparar relatórios periódicos.
• Apoiar nos cadastros e credenciamento de parceiros em programas do fabricante.
• Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas de controle de estoque/compras assim como reservas.
• Manter organizados e atualizado documentações do time buscando facilitar o acesso a informação para clientes internos.

O que buscamos:

• Graduação concluída em Administração, TI, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
• Excel intermediário

Perfil Comportamental

• Senso de responsabilidade e autonomia na condução de rotinas operacionais.
• Capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto em âmbito interno quanto com parceiros e representantes do fabricante.
• Organização e atenção a detalhes na gestão simultânea de múltiplos processos e prazos.
• Postura colaborativa, com capacidade de interface entre as áreas de canais, marketing, financeiro e produto.

Diferenciais:

• Conhecimento do setor de distribuição de TI ou canais
