  • Support key workstreams and initiatives to deliver client outcomes, operational consistency, and the continued development of the GIA Reconciliations operating model.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational and business change teams on regulatory matters, helping ensure associated requirements are considered and embedded by design.
  • Review and strengthen the control framework, participating in audit, risk, and control reviews as required.
  • Review and update departmental policies and procedures, supporting accurate, compliant, and consistent work output.
  • Contribute to initiatives that standardise and streamline processes, driving efficiency, automation, and service improvement.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of client financial products, Bank digital tools, departmental procedures, internal stakeholder processes, and market developments.
  • Support team capability through coaching, training, performance management, onboarding, knowledge sharing, and guidance on project delivery.
  • Contribute to team goals by promoting collaboration, advocating innovative solutions, and supporting effective change delivery.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our GIA Reconciliations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
