  • Lead the development and execution of effective external communications strategies that support Aristocrat’s business objectives and improve our corporate reputation.
  • Provide critical communications advice and support to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate the implementation of global external communications programs, including media and reputation management strategies.
  • Coordinate with communications teams across the globe to ensure accurate and timely media responses.
  • Manage and develop the External Communications team, ensuring efficient prioritization and vendor management.
  • Drive external communications initiatives related to Sustainability and Responsible Gameplay in collaboration with key collaborators.
  • Handle media enquiries, issues management, and provide crisis communications support.
  • Anticipate emerging challenges and champion continuous improvement in communication practices.
  • Measure the efficiency of global external communications using data and analytics to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of market materials, Group publications, and disclosures, bringing them to bear within regions and business units as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned to assist the Communications & Corporate Brand team’s objectives.
