£23.85 per hour | 12-hour shifts (8:00am to 8:00pm or 8:00pm to 8:00am)

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of older people? As we prepare to welcome residents to our brand-new Belong Birkdale Village, we are looking for dedicated Nurses to join our growing team and help create an exceptional care environment from day one.

Belong is an innovative not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. Our villages are designed to promote independence, wellbeing and a true sense of community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service and support residents to live happy, fulfilled lives.

About the Role

Working 12-hour day shifts (8:00am to 8:00pm) or night shifts (8:00pm to 8:00am), you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of nursing care. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team, you will promote wellbeing, independence and dignity while meeting the clinical needs of residents.

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • A caring, compassionate and resident-focused approach
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
  • Experience within elderly care, dementia care or a similar setting is desirable
