- Leading and managing a team of Flow Room Leads and Controllers
- Monitoring warehouse automation systems, alarms and control room activities
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation performance, productivity and service delivery
- Working closely with Warehouse Control System (WCS) Engineers, IT teams and automation providers to resolve operational issues
- Ensuring all system-generated issues are identified, resolved and escalated appropriately.
