Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Bhiwandi, Mumbai, ensuring efficient material movement, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, loading, unloading, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Maintain warehouse discipline through 5S implementation and adherence to SOPs.
- Plan manpower, supervise warehouse staff, and drive productivity.
- Monitor material handling to minimize losses and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and support continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Hands-on experience with loading/unloading, inventory management, and 5S practices.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
