Warehouse Team Lead

What you'll do
- Assist in proper staffing for all areas by sending employees home when necessary due to lack of work.
- Work with the Training & Inventory Coordinator to organize all training for workers (both existing and new hires) within the warehouse area.
- Oversees the movement of material throughout the plant to assure inventory accuracy.
- Directs and coordinates warehouse staff to supply parts and items for Production team.
- Work with their Manager on developing improvements to streamline warehouse inventory quantities, along with improving layout of warehouse that provides an efficient part pulling system.
- Orders and maintains all pallets and crates.
- Manage scrap reports, removal of inventory, and initiate the pickup of scrap.
- Performs misc. duties in the absence of the warehouse Supervisor.
