About the Role
This Weekend Veterinary Receptionist role at Vets Now Coventry places you at the front line of emergency client support. You will be the first point of contact for people arriving in clinic or calling for help, helping to book appointments, handle transactions, and keep communication flowing smoothly between clients and veterinary staff.
The working pattern is every other weekend, with Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00, plus a fair share of bank holidays. It is a practical, client-facing role in an emergency pet care setting, where a calm and reassuring approach really matters.
