For this reason, we are looking for a motivated intern to join our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the External Human Resources team (Hero Growth) and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for the cleaning agents in Switzerland.

Your Mission

• Full cycle recruitment of cleaning agents
• Provide employee feedback with the goal to improve quality of work
• Manage projects with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and skills development
• Handling employee issues
• Instructing and supporting new team members

Your weapons

• Fluent English and French is a must
• Willing to be challenged and go the extra mile
• Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and out of the box thinking
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Fast learner and focused on self-improvement
• Ability to manage projects and multitask at scale

• An analytical mindset with a keen eye for details
