The Opportunity

Für unser wachsendes Team in Frankfurt (Marienturm) suchen wir als temporäre Unterstützung wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Praxisgruppe Corporate/M&A mit dem Schwerpunkt ESG (Environment, Social and Governance).

Unser Corporate/M&A Team mit dem Schwerpunkt ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) berät Fonds, Assetmanager und Versicherer zu Investments, Anlageprozessen, allgemeinen aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und der Integration von Nachhaltigkeits- und ESG-Aspekten.

Das erwartet Dich:

• ein hochmodernes Arbeitsumfeld und die Zusammenarbeit mit inspirierenden Kollegen, die in ihren Bereichen führend sind und Dich bei Deiner Entwicklung und Ausbildung anleiten und unterstützen

• selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem international vernetzten Team

• exzellente Einblicke in die Tätigkeit einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei und die Möglichkeit zum Netzwerken mit unseren Partnern und Associates

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

• Du hast das erste juristische Staatsexamen mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen

• Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse im Englischen (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil) und bist an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen interessiert

• Du bist mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und juristischen Datenbanken vertraut und legst viel Wert auf Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und lässt Dich durch die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld begeistern
