What you'll do
- Coordinate, schedule and optimise both planned and reactive work activities across operational teams.
- Monitor workloads and resource availability to ensure customer requirements are prioritised and service disruption is minimised.
- Analyse operational and system data to identify issues, incidents and service interruptions, enabling swift resolution.
- Track ongoing work activities through to completion, maintaining accurate records and system updates.
- Liaise with operational managers, contractors and stakeholders to support effective service delivery.
- Review performance data and operational metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Chair and contribute to performance review meetings, monitoring progress against service objectives.
- Produce and distribute management reports, presenting data and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process reviews, automation opportunities and service enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and operational procedures while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Flexsource NI are recruiting a work controller in the North Belfast area. This is a full time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, on a temporary basis, paying £16.50 per hour.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical individual with experience in customer-focused or operational environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating work activities, supporting operational teams, and ensuring high levels of customer service through effective scheduling, monitoring, and resource management
