What you'll do
- Build and maintain models in Workday Adaptive Planning
- Design and optimize planning models, cubes, sheets, and dimensions
- Develop workforce, expense, revenue, and CapEx planning models
- Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions
- Implement data integration using Workday Integration Framework, Adaptive Loader, and APIs
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and troubleshoot data loads
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Adaptive Planning
- Manage security administration including roles, permissions, and access setup
- Collaborate with Workday functional leads to maintain upstream/downstream data accuracy
- Develop and maintain complex financial reports and board-ready dashboards
- Work with Finance leadership to deliver actionable insights
- Participate in or lead Adaptive Planning implementations or enhancements
