Job description:
- Design, develop, and configure Workday HCM solutions, including: Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF) & Security & Role-based access
- Hands on experience on building Calculated Fields, BPF configuration, Workday Reporting & EIBs and integrations
- Configure Workday business processes, validations, notifications, and approvals.
- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio
- Strong experience in Benefits, Advanced compensation and Talent and performance management
