  • Serve as HCM system administrator for Workday applications such as: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, and Integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and requirements that are translated into system configurations and workflows
  • Perform regular and ongoing system maintenance activities including updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure system performance
  • Configure and thoroughly test new features, functionalities, and integrations to drive operational efficiencies and enhance user experience
  • Deliver exceptional end-user support by promptly resolving system-related concerns and effectively troubleshooting issues
  • Create and deliver instructional resources to educate users on the functionalities and latest enhancements of Workday
  • Uphold data integrity standards within the Workday environment by conducting thorough monitoring and auditing
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
  • Remain informed of Workday updates, releases, and industry trends to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Implement and enforce robust security policies, role-based access controls, and data privacy standards within the Workday platform
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for Workday HCM and assist the functional subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, requirements gathering, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Support and manage the Workday semi-annual updates, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. This position will also provide HCM system support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting) 
  • Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer. 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing. 
  • Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print. 
  • Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently 
  • Reach with hands and arms occasionally 

 
For Hybrid Roles: 

  • Must be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment. 
  • Occasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others.
