Workforce Planner

We're now seeking an enthusiastic **Workforce Planner**to join our dynamic team in our office located in **Rivervale Office.** **Responsibilities:** * Allocation of resources including personnel across shutdown and project works * Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements * Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis * Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Workforce Planning Manager * Assisting with mobilisation requirements to ensure crews are compliant **About You:** We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings a strong safety-first mindset to everything they do.  To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:  * Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes / estimates * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Team player and capable of working autonomously * Ability to work effectively under pressure **Why should you work for Breight Group?** At Breight Group, we’re committed to making our company a rewarding place to work.
