Working Student - Financial Controlling

Job Description:

The Working Student Controlling supports the Controlling team in reporting, planning, analysis and process improvement activities. The role provides practical experience in financial controlling and business performance management while contributing to informed management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports

• Assist in Profit Center reporting, financial analyses and KPI tracking

• Support budget planning and forecasting activities

• Prepare ad-hoc analyses, data evaluations and variance analyses

• Assist in the collection, validation and preparation of financial data for management reporting

• Support controlling-related requests from internal stakeholders and the group headquarters

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting structures, dashboards and controlling processes

• Support the maintenance and development of KPI frameworks and performance monitoring tools

• Assist with SAP S/4HANA controlling activities and related reporting processes

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Controlling team

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling or a related field

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage

• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style

• Good communication skills in English; German is considered a plus
