About the role
Splend is considering new talent as we scale and expand our servicing operations. As a Workshop Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our fleet maintenance operations run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standard. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you’ll coordinate workshop activities, manage throughput, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximise vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who thrives on organisation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
