WW Ops FP&A is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Transformation professional to join our FP&A organization and drive initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of our finance function. This role will partner closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify and automate financial processes, improve reporting and analytics, and implement scalable solutions that enable better decision-making. This role will make a huge impact, not just on the bottom line performance, but on the overall customer experience, making history while having fun along the way!

The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A fundamentals with transformation and project management capabilities, bringing the ability to navigate ambiguity, translate complex business needs into practical solutions, and drive initiatives from strategy through implementation. This individual will have meaningful ownership of cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders across levels, and help shape the future-state operating model and technology landscape for FP&A. The right candidate must have process improvement experience, exceptional communication and analytical skills, the ability to connect the financial and technical requirements for building systems and tools, as well as be able to navigate a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

As part of the WW Ops FP&A, you will support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.

Key job responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
